Concept of eFileit eFileit is administered by the leading company information and formation company, The London Law Agency Ltd. and allows you, from within PC Share Register Plus company secretarial software, to electronically file documents with Companies House without the need to produce paper forms or obtain signatures. The Process 1. PC Share Register Plus simply sends an email together with attached data files to the eFileit server.  For security purposes, you will be required to enter a 6 digit PIN code each time you send an eFileit instruction.  You will be asked to notify us of your chosen PIN on opening an account.  2. The received email is validated against your account details and if ok, immediately forwarded to Companies House.  If there are any problems, you will be notified by email. 3. You will receive email notification from us once the document has been onward filed with Companies House and a further email notification once the document has been accepted by Companies House.  We will also email you with a VAT invoice for you to print.
